Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum three months of related experience and/or training
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
- must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
- must be able to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
- must be able to have clear and effective communication with guests and team members
- must be able to work under pressure by staying calm and efficient during busy periods
- must obtain and maintain a gaming license if required by the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
- must obtain and maintain a current Food Handler's Card
- must obtain and maintain TIPS Certification upon employment
- no driving responsibilities required
Job Qualifications

- ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
Job Duties
- Communicates with guests in an attentive and welcoming manner
- efficiently and accurately expedites large quantities of drinks during peak hours while serving multiple guests
- maintains knowledge of all drinks, recipes, and beer items available including prices and alcohol content
- prepares fresh fruit garnishes, juices, syrups, and mixers from scratch
- stocks the bar at the start of the shift and cleans the bar at closing
- verifies legal age of guests appearing under 30 and ensures accurate payment collection
- manages cash transactions including operating a $2,000 bank responsibly
- monitors alcohol inventory and requests replacements as needed
- ensures proper bar setup including garnishes and supplies
- maintains cleanliness and organization of workspace
- assists with special projects such as banquets and concerts
- reports any guest or operational issues to management
- performs additional duties to support departmental efficiency
