Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant baking experience
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of prior relevant baking experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and yield guides accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes following recipes and yield guides
  • Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
  • Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
  • Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in the designated area
  • Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • Set-up and break down workstation
  • Regularly run for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service
  • Communicate and assist management, chef and service staff to address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
