Bouchon Bakery, established by renowned Chef Thomas Keller, is a distinguished bakery located at The Venetian in Las Vegas, opening its doors in 2006 following the success of the original Yountville location. The bakery epitomizes the French boulangerie tradition, showcasing artisanal breads, pastries, and sandwiches that blend French and American culinary influences, all prepared fresh daily. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who share a passion for food, beverage, and hospitality to join the culinary brigade at Bouchon Bakery as a PM (3pm-11pm) Bread Baker/Pastry Commis. This role involves crafting high-quality baked goods, including artisanal breads and delicate pastries, adhering strict to the bakery's standards of excellence. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of kitchen experience and must maintain impeccable attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness and organizational standards are met at all times. The position requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, alongside the ability to perform efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and adaptability.

Job Requirements

- Possession of a valid State Health Certificate
- Preferably HACCP training certificate
