The position available is for a Baker, who will be an integral part of the food preparation team. This role involves following recipes and menus meticulously, cutting baked goods, performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products, and enhancing item presentation using icing and glazes. The Baker will also be responsible for cleaning workstations and equipment, ensuring the food service area operates smoothly and efficiently. This full-time role, with a shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, is designed for individuals who are passionate about baking and eager to work in a dynamic, large-volume food production environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- At least one year of relevant cooking experience
- Prior experience cooking in a cafeteria or large volume production facility a plus
- Prior knowledge and experience in a kitchen or large cafeteria setting preferred
- Experience with safety procedures as typical in a cafeteria or food service environment

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepares a variety of food items in accordance with assigned work instructions and menus
- Refers to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties and completes opening and closing checklists daily
- Knows and complies consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, recipes, policies and procedures
- Handles, stores, labels, and rotates all products properly and in accordance to applicable state laws
- Follows assigned instruction to properly stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth serving of food
