- Prepare and bake focaccia bread daily in open-hearth ovens
- Knead and shape dough to precise specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations
- Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate needs
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Innovate and suggest improvements to bread recipes and processes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
