Job Requirements
- Must be willing to start work as early as 4am
- Weekend availability required
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have discipline and fast pace
- Must be a good teammate
- Must understand what it takes to provide great customer service
- Must be willing to learn and follow baking procedures and recipes
- Able to open and close the bakery
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Full-time or part-time availability

- Restaurant or bakery experience is a bonus
- Ability to learn and execute our baking processes
- Disciplined and fast-paced work ethic
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends
Job Duties
- Understand the importance of all baking procedures and recipes
- Prepping and baking bagels
- Open bake
- Making all dough mixtures in a timely manner using correct procedures
- Understand rotation and shelf life of raw dough
- Clean and disinfect work area
- set-up and break-down work station
- and follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Proof bagels
- Recognize the importance of time and temperature
- Responsible for opening store on time
- Able to close the entire bakery
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Knead and shape dough
- Operate machinery to mix, knead, and shape dough
- Monitor the quality of the dough throughout the process
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and sanitized
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Must be able to start work as early as 4am
- Weekend availability required
