Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Capable of working in a standing position for extended periods
  • able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work some weekend days as well as mornings and evenings
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • practical knowledge of food safety and health regulations

Job Duties

  • Partner with the General Manager to lead a high-performing team
  • ensure all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively
  • maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • assist in scheduling staff work assignments
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • monitor food quality and service standards
  • verify temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products, and check preparation methods to define quality
  • minimize loss and misuse of resources
  • ensure safe, responsible, and legal serving of all alcoholic beverages
  • maintain equipment according to the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program
  • manage inventory levels including ordering and stocking supplies
