  • Manage and lead sales teams while overseeing day-to-day operations

  • Proven track record in a VP of Sales or similar role
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape, with the ability to conduct regular competitor analysis
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the sales function
  • Familiarity with different sales channels and distribution methods
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends impacting the sales landscape
  • Experience in creating and delivering sales projections and reports to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships
  • Strong motivational and mentoring skills to inspire and guide the sales team toward success
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing high-profile deals

VP of Sales Education & Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
