Sales Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including order processing, invoicing and shipment tracking, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to address inquiries and provide product/service information promptly

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals and contracts by gathering relevant information and ensuring accuracy
- Manage and organize sales documentation, contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Act as a liaison between sales representatives, customers and internal departments, facilitating communication and resolution of issues
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies, campaigns and promotions to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and provide insights into competitive landscapes
- Coordinate logistics for sales events, conferences and trade shows, including booth setup, travel arrangements and promotional materials
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact information and tracking customer interactions

Sales Coordinator Experience Requirements & Skills
