  • Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy to align with SEO best practices
  • Direct off-page optimization projects, overseeing link-building initiatives to strengthen online authority
  • Collect and analyze data, reporting on website traffic, search rankings and other SEO metrics
  • Collaborate with social media and PPC teams
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements and ensure site optimization
  • Stay informed about algorithm changes from major search engines
  • Monitor competitors’ SEO activities
  • Provide ongoing SEO training and guidance to the broader marketing team

SEO Manager Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager or in a comparable role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Experience with SEO reporting
  • Familiarity with relevant tools such as Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ and web analytics tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership skills, capable of guiding and leading a team of SEO specialists
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
