- Stay current on industry trends, competitive products and emerging technologies to advise clients on the latest innovations and best practices
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and maintenance of our products, fostering a smooth transition from sale to implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical collateral, including case studies, whitepapers and product documentation, to support the sales process
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and stay informed about market dynamics
- Continuously gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the product development team for ongoing product improvement
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address complex customer challenges and contribute to the overall success of the sales and engineering departments
Sales Engineer Experience Requirements & Skills
