We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in [Location].

Account Executive Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients within the assigned market or industry
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their business goals and challenges
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions and benefits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales support, to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to client engagement
  • Generate and submit accurate and compelling proposals, quotes and contracts in a timely manner
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, addressing client concerns and objections to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently closing new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics to position products or services effectively
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on challenges, successes and opportunities in the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs, resolve issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand the client base and stay abreast of market trends
  • Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and address any concerns

Account Executive Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of [Number] years of experience as an Account Executive or a similar role
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant sales tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions clearly
