Salary: $44,000–$64,000

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Sales Administrator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Issue sales transaction invoices with attention to detail
  • Verify orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details
  • Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
  • Compile monthly sales reports to assess performance
  • Expedite orders through internal coordination for timely fulfillment
  • Identify new products to enhance the product offerings

  • Support the Accounting department in collecting due invoices
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide regular reports based on the relevant activities of the role

Sales Administrator Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with industry software like HubSpot CRM, Freshsales or similar
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
