Program Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understand and address clients’ needs, fostering a positive client relationship

  • Handle all program invoicing processes

  • Supervise and manage direct reports (project managers/coordinators) supporting program delivery
  • Retain and develop talent within the team, providing training and performance management
  • Implement talent strategies for retention and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer and delivery-related escalations effectively
  • Manage the performance of each team member, facilitating training and professional development

Program Manager Experience Requirements & Skills
