  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational expenses while maintaining quality standards
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and technological advancements to incorporate relevant improvements into operations
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism and a commitment to the company’s values and objectives

Supervisor Experience Requirements & Skills
