  • Control and oversee budget allocation and expenses
  • Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Continuously improve production processes and systems
  • Implement corrective actions
  • Evaluate and report on operational performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational or production issues promptly
  • Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the plant
  • Build relationships with employees
  • Collaborate with different departments to align plant operations with company goals
  • Make sure products meet the required quality standards and specifications
  • Effectively plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials and equipment

Plant Manager Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven managerial experience
  • Proven experience in overseeing plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control and supply chain management
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards
  • Experience in implementing safety protocols and training programs
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
