  • Knowledge of HR strategy, recruitment, engagement, cultural change, pay, reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development and HR systems
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Previous experience in budget management
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, project management and leadership skills

  • Demonstrates diligence and upholds high ethical standards

HR Director Education & Qualifications
