Catering Manager Duties & Responsibilities

Consult with customers to determine their catering requirements and preferences
Lead a catering team, including recruitment, training and scheduling
Coordinate the preparation and serving of food during events
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of dishes to event venues
Collaborate closely with clients to address special requests or modifications
Arrange transportation for food and catering equipment as needed
Address any discrepancies or issues with catering orders promptly
