• Thorough understanding of HR principles, including policies, procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of HR within a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to HR practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and mediate workplace issues effectively
• Leadership skills to drive positive workplace culture and team collaboration
• Proficiency in implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and team-building activities

Restaurant HR Manager Education & Qualification Requirements
