Art Director Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative and engaging visual concepts
  • Supervise and guide a team of creative professionals, include designers and illustrators
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create cohesive and impactful visual campaigns
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of design projects, from conception to execution

  • Evaluate and approve designs
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and oversee revisions to creative work
  • Create and deliver presentations to internal teams and external clients

Art Director Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, showing familiarity with maintenance procedures and equipment
  • Proficient in a wide range of technical tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical work
  • Skilled in using computers, including MS Office and graphic design software
  • Highly accountable and motivated
  • Excellent in managing time and projects
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Willing to travel

Art Director Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in a related field
