Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass an FBI level II background check
- must pass Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
- availability to work Tuesday and Wednesday 4 pm - 8 pm and Friday 8 am - 4 pm
- ability to cover extra shifts as needed
- proficiency in using office equipment
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in an administrative position
- knowledge of office machines and equipment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multi-task efficiently
- positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly manner
- responsible for answering phones in a timely manner using proper and understandable English
- print census each morning
- type correspondence, memos, etc. as needed for department directors
- receipt all monies for the operating, trust and security accounts as instructed by the business office manager and/or administrator
- sell meal tickets to guests and personnel and keep record of all monies
- assist in ordering supplies for facility
- assist in coordination of transportation when necessary
- assist the admissions department with inquiries, paperwork, tours, etc.
- perform other duties as assigned
