Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with availability for overtime
- Experience in relationship building and sales preferred
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn proprietary platforms
- Ability to solve problems and handle customer inquiries effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to listen effectively and care about solving customer problems
- Skilled in building, nurturing, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the rental process
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and growing company environment
- Continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
- Expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
