Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to wear uniform and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a food service role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to orders and banquet menu
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and other offerings
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
- Replenish food and beverage products as needed
- Adhere to alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking identification
- Provide excellent customer service anticipating guest needs
- Break down and clean food service areas, workstations, and equipment
- Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
