Job Description
HHM is a distinguished hospitality company committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and sustainable practices across its operations. As an established leader in the hospitality industry, HHM values both innovation and tradition, ensuring that guests receive world-class service while maintaining a deep respect for environmental stewardship. The company fosters a culture of excellence and continuous growth, encouraging employees to advance their careers within the organization. HHM integrates its EarthView sustainability program to reduce environmental impacts while promoting responsible practices throughout its workforce and customer interactions.
The Valet Attendant role at HHM is a crucial position that blends guest service excellence with operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. This role requires greeting guests warmly upon their arrival and departure, consistently maintaining hospitality standards that reflect the company's values. The attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and courteously, using claim tickets accurately to ensure each vehicle is delivered to the appropriate owner. Handling luggage and packages carefully, often weighing up to 75 pounds, the valet attendant aids in the seamless transition of guest belongings from vehicles to designated areas for further handling by bell staff.
Safety is a key component of the role, where employees are expected to follow stringent workplace safety standards, including wearing protective safety equipment and adhering to OSHA and MSDS guidelines. Additionally, the valet attendant supports HHM's EarthView program by implementing sustainability practices in their daily duties. The position offers a clear growth path beginning from Guest Service Agent to Bell Captain and eventually Guest Service Manager, emphasizing continuous professional development.
HHM offers competitive wages for both full-time and part-time employment, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off, 401k company matching, free basic life insurance, travel discounts, commuter benefits, and wellness programs further enrich the employee experience. Working for HHM means joining a workplace where people are valued as the company’s greatest capability, service comes from the heart, excellence is the standard, agility is embraced, and ownership of responsibilities is encouraged. This role demands physical stamina, flexibility with schedules including holidays and weekends, and a dedication to upholding the company’s core beliefs. Overall, this position is tailored for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about providing superior service while contributing to sustainability goals at HHM.
