Job Description

The hiring establishment is a professional residential services company operating a luxury residential facility located in center city Philadelphia. This company is known for delivering exceptional service and convenience to their upscale clientele, prioritizing comfort, safety, and efficiency for residents, guests, and associates alike. The company operates with a dedicated commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality, reflecting the luxury environment of the property it serves. Their services are designed to enhance the living experience by providing attentive and seamless support, particularly in premium urban residence settings where convenience and customer care are paramount.

This full-time position as a Valet Associate offers a rewarding opportunity to join a reputable service team that prides itself on superior customer service and operational excellence. The role involves greeting residents, tenants, and guests, assisting with parking their vehicles using a garage car elevator, and ensuring that all visitor and resident needs are met promptly and courteously. Valet Associates serve as the first point of contact and are instrumental in creating welcoming interactions that set the tone for the resident experience. They are also responsible for various customer service duties that support the daily operations of the property, including communicating important information to the concierge team, assisting with package handling, maintenance reporting, and providing local directions and transportation assistance.

Candidates will work scheduled shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with hours ranging between early mornings and late evenings. The position requires individuals who are experienced in driving and familiar with center city Philadelphia, possessing the ability to navigate luxury clientele expectations with professionalism and discretion. The role pays $20.00 per hour and is benefits eligible, offering a stable work schedule within a company that values its employees and fosters a positive work atmosphere.

Valet Associates play a critical role not only in managing parking operations efficiently but also in contributing to the overall resident experience through proactive customer service, assistance during peak periods, and participation in maintaining the property’s cleanliness and safety standards, such as snow removal and placement of walk-off mats. This position demands candidates with excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to the association's policies and appearance standards. The company also uses an Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) to ensure an objective and fair evaluation process, reflecting their commitment to transparency and fairness during hiring.

By joining this team, you become part of a company focused on delivering great residential experiences through teamwork, respect, and attention to detail.
