Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members
  • Must be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • All applicants must complete and pass a Level II background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Assist with thorough cleaning of dishware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils exceeding sanitation standards
  • Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness of supply areas, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and maintained
  • Support dining staff with related tasks to ensure quality dining service experience
  • Follow health and safety regulations to uphold community standards
