Known for its commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, Penske Logistics offers a dynamic and supportive work environment for its associates. The company leverages advanced technology and best-in-class equipment to ensure optimal delivery performance and a robust supply chain for its clients. As part of the Penske family, employees benefit from a nationwide network that values professionalism, continuous training, and career growth opportunities. Penske Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace where all associates can thrive.

We are currently seeking full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role offers an average annual salary of $90,000 with top earners making up to $120,000, plus additional premium incentives for picking up extra days. Drivers will work a 5-day work week with required weekends and the possibility of layovers, although the majority of the time they will be home daily. The position involves making 65-plus weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain, handling high volume loading and unloading of coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer using hand dollies and lift gates. Drivers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and accurately scan items as they are unloaded and delivered.

Drivers will operate late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with dual-zone reefer trailers for temperature-controlled loads and feature comfortable specifications including automatic transmissions. Safety is a top priority, with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure compliance and security. The job requires flexibility in scheduling as dispatch times will vary but guarantees consecutive days off during the week. Penske also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and holidays starting day one, generous retirement benefits, excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, short and long-term disability insurance, life and AD&D insurance, company-provided uniforms, an employee discount program, a driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral, a safety incentive program, and a premier driver recognition program.

Joining Penske means being part of a stable, nationwide company renowned for having the best equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. Drivers get paid every Friday and enjoy the advantages of working close to home daily. Penske values its drivers and provides ample training to help advance your career. If you are ready to accelerate your truck-driving career and be part of a team dedicated to excellence, this opportunity is for you.
