We are currently seeking full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role offers an average annual salary of $90,000 with top earners making up to $120,000, plus additional premium incentives for picking up extra days. Drivers will work a 5-day work week with required weekends and the possibility of layovers, although the majority of the time they will be home daily. The position involves making 65-plus weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain, handling high volume loading and unloading of coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer using hand dollies and lift gates. Drivers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and accurately scan items as they are unloaded and delivered.

Drivers will operate late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with dual-zone reefer trailers for temperature-controlled loads and feature comfortable specifications including automatic transmissions. Safety is a top priority, with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure compliance and security. The job requires flexibility in scheduling as dispatch times will vary but guarantees consecutive days off during the week.
