The role of a Delivery Driver at Jimmy John's is an integral part of our business. The primary objective of this position is to ensure that every sandwich is delivered to customers quickly, safely, and with a smile. Delivery drivers are expected to learn the most efficient routes, double-check orders to guarantee completeness, and hustle on their feet while abiding by all traffic laws. Drivers earn immediate cash daily and while waiting for deliveries, they assist as in-shoppers within the store, contributing to a smooth operational flow. Our franchise offers competitive pay; hourly wages start between $7.25 and $8.25 and can average $18 to $25 per hour when including hourly rate, delivery mileage reimbursement (DMR), and tips.
