Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Willingness to travel nationwide and work overnight shifts
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in store remodels, resets, merchandising, and fixture installation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret blueprints and planograms
- Strong self-management and good judgment skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel extensively
- Prior construction or retail fixture installation experience preferred
- Familiarity with national racking standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Job Duties
- Working with teams traveling to multiple retail locations throughout the US
- Responsible for compliance with all safety program requirements
- Arrangement and placement of products on the shelves in accordance with blueprints and planograms
- Fixture installation including pallet racking and gondola
- Projects involving dismantling, assembly, and placement of a wide variety of retail fixtures
- Ability to decipher plans and prints
- Interacting with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner
