Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts in proper uniform
- accurately ring in food and beverage orders
- stock and replenish stations including polished silverware and glassware
- assist guests with questions about the menu including liquor, beer, and wine
- handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- execute proper food delivery and removal at tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate issues to management timely
- work collaboratively with coworkers and management
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- set up next shift for success
- practice proper sanitation and follow alcohol service regulations
- participate in continuing education
- maintain complete knowledge of the menu and host support procedures
- ensure highest quality dining experience for guests
