Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent training
- minimum two years of event operations experience
- intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- ability to perform research and analysis
- effective communication skills
- ability to work on-site in Sonoma, California
- willingness to comply with CSU residency policy
- ability to pass background check
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent training
- two years of event operations experience
- intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- proficiency with Google Suite
- knowledge of basic audiovisual equipment
- experience with scheduling software
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- plan and perform research related to Student Center and event operations
- participate in developing, implementing, altering, and evaluating policies and procedures
- coordinate tasks to sustain safe and efficient operations of the Student Center
- communicate and coordinate with on and off campus clients to organize activities and special events
- provide lead work direction to assigned student assistants
- evaluate and report on customer satisfaction, workflow, procedures, and staff efficiency
- recommend student staffing structure and budget allocations
