Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- Capability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distractions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand and move around for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping required
- Must communicate effectively in English
- Adherence to company dress code
- Must comply with all safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality roles advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting simple game issues
- Ability to engage and guide groups effectively
- Knowledge of games or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Commitment to upholding company policies and guest safety
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
- Welcome and engage guests by providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences
- Create a high engagement and fun atmosphere for guests
- Guide groups through games offering tips and best practices
- Understand guests' needs to suggest the best games for their group
- Support guests with service and basic technical questions and alert amusement team if needed
- Partner with service team to ensure prompt food and beverage service
- Complete side work to support the setup and breakdown of Social Bays
- Reset and clean bays to approved standards
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness and intoxication prevention policies
- Assess guest demeanor and escalate concerns to management
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm
- Adhere to dress code and professionalism requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
