Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of gaming or amusement activities a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Welcomes and engages all guests by providing exceptional service that creates unforgettable experiences
- Creates an environment of high engagement and fun for guests
- Guides groups of guests through collaborative activities and games
- Is the knowledge master of the game types and provides tips and tricks to the guests to have the best experience
- Understands guests' needs to determine which game(s) is best for the group
- Supports guests with any service and basic technical questions
- Alerts the Amusement Team when something beyond basic technical assistance is required
- Partners with the Service Team to ensure our guests receive prompt and attentive beverage and food service
- Completes required side work to support the set-up and break down of the Social Bays
- Resets and cleans bays to approved standards after use to prepare for next guests
- Adheres to company sanitation procedures
- Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assesses guest demeanor and identifies when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager
- Assists other team members as needed or as business dictates
- Maintains favorable working relationships to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Communicates effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- Dresses in proper dress code, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
