Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Capable of working in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Able to read and write handwritten notes
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Capable of moving about facility and standing for long periods
- Able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Able to frequently reach, bend and stoop
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm
- Knowledge of basic game mechanics and guest service principles
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, noisy, and dynamic environment
- Capable of standing for long periods and moving around the facility
- Read and communicate in English
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance
- Ability to collaborate with team members and support multitasking
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Welcome and engage all guests by providing exceptional service that creates unforgettable experiences
- Create an environment of high engagement and fun for guests
- Guide groups of guests through collaborative activities and games
- Be the knowledge master of the game types and provide tips and tricks to the guests to have the best experience
- Understand guests' needs to determine which game(s) is best for the group
- Support guests with any service and basic technical questions
- Alert the Amusement Team when something beyond basic technical assistance is required
- Partner with the Service Team to ensure prompt and attentive beverage and food service
- Complete required side work to support the set-up and break down of the Social Bays
- Reset and clean bays to approved standards after use to prepare for next guests
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- Assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Read and communicate in English
- Dressed in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
