Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform all restaurant positions including delivery
- Ability to lead a team independently
- Physically able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful and stable employment history
- Some management experience preferred
- Strong supervisory skills
- Excellent cash management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
Job Duties
- Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service
- Assist restaurant management in day to day operations including execution of company policies and procedures
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns
- Solicit and share customer feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty
- Train and promote quality standards to team members
- Maintain adequate shift staffing and ensure compliance with uniform standards
- Contribute to sales and profit goals through customer service, team training, and cash management
- Manage inventory levels and minimize loss
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant
- Comply with safety and security standards at all times
