Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to perform all restaurant positions including delivery
  • Ability to lead a team independently
  • Physically able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Successful and stable employment history
  • Some management experience preferred
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Excellent cash management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally

Job Duties

  • Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service
  • Assist restaurant management in day to day operations including execution of company policies and procedures
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns
  • Solicit and share customer feedback to improve operations and build brand loyalty
  • Train and promote quality standards to team members
  • Maintain adequate shift staffing and ensure compliance with uniform standards
  • Contribute to sales and profit goals through customer service, team training, and cash management
  • Manage inventory levels and minimize loss
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant
  • Comply with safety and security standards at all times
