Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years experience in full casual restaurant serving
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work at least five days per week
  • Physical capability to carry heavy trays and move quickly
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years experience in a fast-paced full casual restaurant
  • Proficiency using Digital Dining POS or similar systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays and at least five days per week
  • Physical ability to carry trays up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs and ramps
  • Experience working in a high-volume dining environment
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Manage multiple table stations effectively
  • Use Digital Dining POS system to process orders and payments
  • Navigate stairs and ramps carrying trays of food and beverages
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Apply company policies and procedures including health and safety standards
