Job Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work any shift including day, swing, or overnight as scheduling needs vary
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Successful completion of a thorough screening process
- Driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must have or obtain BSIS Guard Card and complete required security training
- Ability to adapt to varying assignments and locations
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports
Job Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work day, swing, or overnight shifts with varying schedules
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Possession of a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and completion or willingness to complete 32-hour BSIS security training
- Willingness to obtain California Guard Card license with company support if needed
Job Duties
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
