Job Duties
- Patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and assets
- Respond to calls for assistance and support hotel operations with a safety-first mindset
- Investigate incidents involving guests, associates, or property, and document findings thoroughly
- Assist sick or injured guests or associates and ensure proper reporting and follow-up
- Monitor security systems, maintain accurate logs, and manage incident documentation
- Support fire safety and alarm system checks and monitor access points throughout the property
