Job Requirements

  • passion for hospitality and the restaurant industry
  • at least two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts
  • wearing full uniform as required
  • ability to provide exceptional customer service throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively under pressure
  • knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus
  • strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
  • serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • process payments and close out tables accurately
