Job Requirements
- passion for hospitality and the restaurant industry
- at least two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts
- wearing full uniform as required
- ability to provide exceptional customer service throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- process payments and close out tables accurately
