Job Requirements
- Must have current food management certification
- Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality
- Must have flexibility for scheduling as the restaurant is open 365 days per year
- Must be willing to transfer to different geographical locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Vacations scheduled between April and November only and must be taken or forfeited
- Must be adept at ordering and formulating pars
- Must have basic math skills including counting currency and making change, using a calculator to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must understand and facilitate proper health code standards
- Must adhere to hiring policy and conduct timely interviews
- Must issue written evaluations for employee performance
- Must be able to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell
- Must be able to read and write English
- Requires the ability to stand and move about at a moderate pace for up to four hours at a time and work fifty to fifty-five hours per week
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl
- Must have coordination to operate kitchen equipment
- Must adhere to dress and grooming policies

Job Duties
- Communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the course of the day
- Read as well as write notes in the manager’s daily log in English
- Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings
- Read the weekly memo
- Complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
- Communicate with all managers on duty when shift is completed
- Report accurately and honestly all events both positive and negative
- Comply with all policies, rules and directions covered in manuals, memos, and meetings
