Job Requirements

  • Must have strong culinary experience
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be customer service focused
  • Must be able to delegate tasks effectively
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have Food Safety Manager certification or be in process
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Strong culinary experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching and motivating teams
  • Culinary interest with commitment to continued development
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service focused and solution oriented
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced and high stress environments
  • Ongoing current Food Safety Manager certification

Job Duties

  • Leading team members by exemplifying exceptional guest service and fostering an enthusiastic and uplifting environment
  • Ensuring team members adhere to established policies and procedures
  • Managing purchase tracker daily and ensuring operating costs align with budget
  • Resolving guest complaints in person or by phone
  • Supervising restaurant opening and closing depending on schedule
  • Ordering restaurant items and managing inventory systems
  • Submitting and approving invoices and managing expense reports
