Job Requirements
- At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
- 18 years of age or higher per applicable law
- exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills

Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members including shift leaders and bakers
- foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and providing coaching and feedback
- implement training programs to enhance team member skills and performance
- oversee day-to-day operations including cash management, inventory control, and brand standards compliance
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
- create and maintain a guest-focused culture
- review guest feedback and implement action plans
- develop operational strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- monitor and control food and labor costs
- engage with local community and explore partnership opportunities
- communicate restaurant priorities and goals to team
- execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing
- conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
- ensure restaurant budget compliance
- engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations team as needed
