  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent reading and math ability
  • Clean police record/background check
  • Previous restaurant experience required
  • Successful completion of Dunkin’ corporate training program
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties

  • Verify that daily sales are posted to Slack each morning
  • Ensure the total weekly sales for all assigned stores are posted on Mondays
  • Follow up on all repairs and maintenance issues
  • Monitor Slack to confirm team members have posted and commented on required video updates
  • Review daily donut case photos posted by 2 PM
  • Attend Wednesday Zoom calls or luncheons
  • Schedule a Tuesday call with all store leaders
  • Ensure two wins from each store are posted weekly
  • Confirm every scheduled employee is active on Slack
  • Count store safe and review manager's notebook weekly
  • Verify that the Redbook is completed correctly
  • Ensure the weekly schedule is posted on Slack by Friday morning
  • Schedule and attend monthly staff meetings with mandatory attendance
  • Communicate the company’s culture and mission during monthly staff meetings
  • Confirm all employee training is up to date
  • Spend a day working at the store assessing training and cleaning procedures
  • Review store organization and recommend improvements
  • Conduct mandatory window readiness calls
  • Attend monthly manager meetings and prepare presentations as needed
