Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred
- Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed department fostering an inclusive environment developing department associates holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests
- Create memorable experiences for guests and connect authentically with them participate in community outreach activities and events
- Manage department's P&L develop initiatives to build sales increase profitability grow guest count coach and train associates
- Ensure all menu items are made according to recipe and presented at high standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices maintain immaculate facilities
- Live the Principles & Beliefs foster a passionate culture within the restaurant and support people in living balanced lives
