Job Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States
Sufficient education or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Combination of education and previous restaurant management experience
Hotel experience is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and inventories
Professional demeanor aligned with company culture
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
Lead and support the food and beverage team
Manage budgets and inventory
Ensure exceptional service and quality
Uphold brand standards
Coordinate with Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager
Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence
