Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 operations experience required preferred in high volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid DL in good standing and access to private transportation required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills results oriented and customer focused
