Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of front office receptionist and administrative experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • willingness to work 5 days per week in office from 9 AM to 5 PM
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • organized, dependable, and reliable
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years of front office receptionist and administrative experience

  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • ability to work five days per week in the office

Job Duties

  • answering phone calls
  • taking detailed messages for partners
  • screening incoming callers
  • checking voicemail messages
  • handling attendance records
  • greeting visitors
  • setting up and preparing for all on-site conferences and meetings
  • managing incoming mail and couriers
  • performing other related duties as needed
