Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year office experience in a related environment
- Proficient use of computer and other office equipment
- Knowledge of commonly-used healthcare concepts and procedures
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work Monday through Friday daytime hours
Job Qualifications

- One year of office experience in a related healthcare environment
- Proficient use of computer and office equipment
- Knowledge of healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills

- Recent experience with EPIC preferred
Job Duties
- Perform standardized check-in and check-out procedures including registration activities
- Schedule appointments and manage discharge activities
- Collect co-pays and handle patient financial transactions
- Work with insurance carriers to ensure complete and accurate information for reimbursement
- Manage EPIC system inbox messages and process referrals
- Handle phone calls and fax communications
- Collaborate with team members to provide and maintain high quality patient care
