We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for patients, playing an essential part in managing patient intake, maintaining flow, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early morning and evening hours, with two weekend shifts each month.
The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as a friendly and professional liaison between patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to emails and in-person inquiries, scheduling and managing appointments, collecting patient demographics and medical information, and verifying insurance coverage with prior authorizations when necessary. We seek someone who remains calm and professional in high-pressure situations and is committed to upholding the values and mission of our healthcare team.
Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients by providing top-quality front desk support and fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for from their first interaction until their visit concludes.
