- proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- determine the nature of their visit and direct them appropriately
- manage the front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications
- schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as necessary
- maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as required
