The part-time Receptionist role at Mindex is crucial in presenting a warm and professional face to the organization. Working 20 hours per week, this position is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication throughout the office. The Receptionist will handle incoming communications, coordinate appointments, maintain office supplies, and assist with general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • determine the nature of their visit and direct them appropriately
  • manage the front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as necessary
  • maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
  • assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as required
